MFF Best Caracter’s

A Word on Dr. Strange (DS):

  • DS is the most powerful character in the game.  Consequently, he is also the most difficult to acquire/level.  The epic quests to level DS will take an immense amount of time and resources.  You will not be able to focus on DS early in the game, so focus on building other strong characters first.
  • DS Epic Quests

Black Order (BO), Odin, Dormammu:

  • Like Dr. Strange, you will need to be able to beat the daily World Bosses to unlock and/or level these characters.  So you will not be able to focus on these characters for a while.  Also like Dr. Strange, these are some of the most powerful characters in the game.

Sharon Rogers:

  • Sharog also deserves her own section.  Sharog is good at T1, and fantastic at T2.  At T2, Sharog is one of the best non-paywall, non-BO/native T2 characters in the game.  Sharog can do it all.  The 3rd skill makes her immune to damage for 5 seconds with a 7.5 second cooldown (with max SCD) and boosts her attack.  The T2 passive boosts Sharog’s attack and defense to impressive levels.  I would recommend Sharog to be anyone’s first T2 character.  She really benefits from an all attack/energy attack leader.

Top paywall characters (Only available via monthly bio subscription.  You may use rank up, mega rank up, T2, and mega T2 tickets on these paywall characters!!):

  • Enchantress: Enchantress is one of the best characters in the game.  Enchantress is very good, even at T1.  At T1, her 2nd skill has a 70% chance to charm enemies (even WB and alliance beast).  At T2, it is a 100% chance.  The charm lasts for 5 seconds with a 5 second cooldown (if you have max 50% skill cooldown duration).  If the charm does not work, immediately use the 3rd skill–which guards against 8 hits.  With a little luck, T1 Enchantress can solo the easier world bosses (not iThanos).  Her damage output is medium.  Her survivability is high.  She is good at SL and AB.  Enchantress benefits from an all attack/energy attack or skill cooldown leader.
  • Carnage: Carnage is okay at T1.  At T2, Carnage is the best combat character.  At T2, his 5th skill makes him invincible for 6 seconds with  a 7 second cooldown (with max SCD).  At T1 and T2, the 3rd skill can heal you (or you can swap out and heal an ally).  Carnage is great at every game mode.  His damage output and survivability are high.  He benefits from an all-attack/physical attack leader.
  • Honorable Mention: Ironheart.  IH has low damage output, but the 5th skill makes IH immune to damage for 5 seconds with a 7.5 second cooldown (with max SCD).  When IH is vulnerable, use the 2nd and 4th skills.

Top characters from Story mode:

  • Iron Fist: IF requires his “Marvel’s Iron Fist” uniform to be great, but with it, he is great even at T1.  His 2nd skill makes him immune to damage for 3 seconds with a 3.5 second cooldown (with max SCD).  His 4th skill does a ton of damage (more if you are close to your target), and his 5th skill will help you avoid damage during the 0.5 seconds he is vulnerable.  The 3rd skill boosts his dodge and ignore defense stats.  IF is quite capable at every game mode.  His damage is medium-high and his survivability is high (the uniform will additionally provide 3 seconds of invincibility and recover 10% of HP when his HP dips below 30%).  IF benefits from an all attack/energy attack leader.
  • Ghost Rider: GR is pretty good at T1, but requires his “Attilan Rising” uniform.  With the uniform, his 2nd skill makes him immune to damage for 3 seconds with a 4 second cooldown (with max SCD).  Use the 5th skill during his 1 second of vulnerability.  GR most benefits from a fire damage leader.
  • Black Bolt: BB only becomes a top character at T2.  At T2, the 5th skill makes BB immune to damage for 5 seconds on a 6 second cooldown (with max SCD).  BB has a decent energy attack leadership.
  • Honorable Mention: Daisy Johnson:  Daisy is primarily only good as a good support character.  Her 3rd skill provides at attack buff for the next attack.  Players normally hit the 3rd skill and then swap out for a high-damage hero/villain.  The buff transfers to the high damage dealer’s next attack.  With her “Marvel’s AOS” uniform, the buff applies to the next 2 hits.
  • Honorable Mention: Black Widow.  If you need a decent and easy to farm speed character, give BW a try.  The “Captain America: Civil War” uniform is the best.
  • Honorable Mention: Black Panther.  BP is a decent T1 combat character.  The 5th skill increases critical rate and attack and makes BP immune to damage for 5 seconds with a 7.5 second cooldown (with max SCD).

Top characters from Special mode:

  • TBD (Crystal?  Inferno?)

Top characters from Villain Siege/Chaos Shop:

  • Elsa: Elsa only becomes a top character at T2.  At T2, the 5th skill makes Elsa immune to damage for 5 seconds with a 6.5 second cooldown (with max SCD).  The “Monsters Unleashed” uniform is the best.  Use the 3rd and 4th skill during the time she is vulnerable.  Elsa is a top speed character and has a decent physical attack leadership.

Top characters from Timeline/Honor Shop:

  • Captain Marvel:  Captain Marvel is great at T1 and T2.  The 4th skill makes her immune to damage for 5 seconds with a 6 second cooldown (with max SCD).  The 5th skill decreases damage received and boosts, SCD, attack speed, and crit rate.  The T1 passive also boosts attack.  CM has low damage output, but she is quite tanky at T1 and virtually unkillable at T2.
  • Honorable Mention: War Wolf: WW is primarily only used as a support character.  At T2, WW will boost your team’s crit rate and crit damage.

Top characters from Dimension Rifts:

  • Loki: Loki is one of the best T1 characters.  The 3rd skill provides a shield.  The 5th skill summons clones.  The “Lady Loki” uniform (aka Floki) will add a freeze to the 1st skill, which will help increase damage and survivability.  Typically, players summon the clones (who do most of the damage), freeze the enemy, shield themselves, and then run around until the process can be repeated.  Loki benefits from an all attack/energy attack or skill cooldown leader.
  • Yellow Jacket: YJ is just a really fun, high damage character.  YJ is good at T1 and great at T2.  The 5th skill stuns the enemy and does a ton of damage.  At T2, YJ receives boosts to help his damage output (crit rate and crit damage) and survivability (dodge).  YJ really benefits from an all attack/energy attack leader.  YJ also receives great team bonuses as part of Team Pym (YJ, Ant-Man, and Giant-Man).
  • Honorable Mention: Ronan.  Ronan is primarily only used for his leadership.  At 6* mastery, Ronan boosts all attack and all defense for universal characters by 36%.

Others (acquired through bio selectors):

  • Silk: Silk is a top speed character.  At T2, Silk’s crit rate and crit damage are boosted to very high levels.  Dodge is also boosted.  Silk can web enemies (but not world bosses) and her 3rd skill guards against 8 hits.  Her uniform boosts the duration of the webs.  Because world bosses cannot be webbed, Silk is better in modes such as TL and SL and slightly less useful in WB.  Silk benefits from an all attack/physical attack leader.
  • Hawkeye (Kate Bishop):

Honorable Mentions:

  • Hellstorm: Fun, balanced.  At T2, he has some immunity, clones, healing, and great damage potential.  Works well with a fire damage leader.
  • Ancient One: Great leadership (see below).  Good team bonuses with DS and Mordo.  Like Captain Marvel, A1 is very tanky (almost unkillable) but has low damage output.  The 5th skill can heal A1 or you can swap in another character to heal.
  • Moon Knight: At T2, MK has low-medium damage and high survivability.
  • Coulson: Coulson is primarily only used as a supporting character.  At T2, Coulson will boost any heroes on your team (crit rate and damage dealt to/from villains).  ]
  • Red Hulk with uni?
  • Wasp?
  • Ms. Marvel with uni?
  • T2 Kamala Khan with uni?
